Visiting days and times at Elmira Correctional Facility are based on the inmate’s last digit of their DIN.  If their DIN ends in an odd number (1,3,5,7,9), they are allowed visits on odd dates, if the DIN ends in an even number (0,2,4,6,8) the inmate is allowed a visit on an even date.  On the 31st of a month all inmates are allowed visits.  Visiting hours are Mondays through Fridays from 9am-3pm (processing of visitors ends at 2pm).  Reception Center inmates have visits on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30am-3pm (processing ends at 2:25pm).  Up to three adults and one child under the age of two may visit at a time.
